Annual Membership is required to activate membership for the calendar year. New participants must pay the Annual Membership Fee AND register for a class at the same time to become active members. Returning 2019 members may pay the Annual Membership Fee at any time prior to registering for a class during the 2020 calendar year but must register for a class before the end of the 2020 season schedule. A TFTA Chapter shirt will be included in the price of the Annual Membership Fee.

WHY? Because membership in The First Tee f Augusta is contingent on students enrolling in our golf and life skills classes.
Thus, if your child does not get into the PLAYer class, they do not meet the criteria for membership and we cannot honor the Annual Membership
Refunds will not be processed for those who purchased an Annual Membership Fee prior to registration.
Registration is held prior to the start of each season. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is currently being held ONLINE and is not accepted in person, via telephone or fax. To become a member of The First Tee of Augusta, participants must pay the Annual Membership Fee (one-time Fee) and register for a PLAYer class. Payment must be made at the time of registration, unless the participant is requesting a fee scholarship. Returning members may pay the Annual Membership Fee at any time during the year, prior to registering for a class, only if they completed a certifying class during the prior calendar year. Students may only register for one class per season. Note that Annual Fees and Class Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- PARENT ORIENTATION REQUIREMENT
(This requirement is for all parents new/returning and all levels)
All Parents must attend Parent Orientation. Participants are required to have at least 1 (one) parent/guardian attend Parent Orientation.
This will be a requirement for the participant (s) to move on to the next level.

(Supervised Practice is only for participants currently enrolled in 2020 Season 2. This practice allows the participant to get instruction from the Head Golf PGA professional and coaches.

Financial ASSISTANCE – Available Online
Fee Scholarships are available. No child will be turned away based on his/her inability to pay. Note that applying for financial assistance is now a part of the online registration process. If you would like to request financial assistance, select the option during the online registration process, complete the appropriate fields. Also, click this form and return it to The First Tee of Augusta. Once all documentation has been completed please allow 48 hours for approval by The First Tee of Augusta. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your request. Once notified, you will have 48 hours to complete the online registration process. Families receiving financial assistance will be asked to pay $15.00 to cover the cost of the chapter shirt.
